"If I could give a 0 I would! Worst customer service ever. I flew from Chicago to Texas to visit my parents and dad booked a room.. My dad paid for 1 room already, and he was willing to pay more for the extra head. But the employee was a racist, he wouldnt even let my dad pee in the room that he already paid for! We ended up not staying in the room at all. Poor poor service. Just go somewhere else!"

"Don't come here. The guy who runs this is a theft and doesn't care. Didn't ask if we want smoking or non smoking just gave us a room and when I came back to ask for a non smoking room her said no. Told him I'm allergic to smoke and said oh well. Would not refund me. I know have to call my credit card company to reverse this charge. Did not stay there. And he still took money. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a place."

"Extremely nice staff and a very nice hotel. The t.v is huge and the walls in the kitchenette are thick enough to not hear anyone next door which is a big difference compared to hotels that have paper thin walls even in kitchenette. They are also separated from the regular rooms which creates more of a townhouse vibe. Only downside for me has been no bathtub mainly because i enjoy meditating in the water."
