"Immediately upon entry while expressing our interest in purchasing some cigars for his lounge. We were told to “read the sign”, which expressed a $50 per person daily membership. I hadn’t seen this on the website and while in town for business we desired to visit and stock up for the return home as well. He was combative and rude again immediately upon entry. By now reading the other reviews, I see that he does not care and will continue being the stand-offish individual he is. Do not at all waste your time with this location nor man"

"STAY AWAY ! Warning ***** Warning ****** I walked in and was greeted by the owner very rude demeanor, very condescending, if your not wearing a $250,000 Richard Mille watch he pretty much runs you away. I have more cigars in my humidor than the ones they have in his. He charges astronomically high prices for unknown cigar brands, he tries to sale you his own brand for $20 or more a cigar. The only way he has stayed in business I believe is by ripping off visitors staying at the four seasons. If you want to have an unpleasant time, be unsatisfied, feel ripped off, belittled, then go ahead and visit otherwise stay far away!"

"Stay away from this cigar lounge. The guy at the front desk is really full of himself. Their inventory is super small and lackluster. He recommends cigars with no thought and not taking into account anything you said about your pallet. They charge 4500 a year for a lounge member and it’s not even nice. It’s the second most miserable lounge I’ve been to and usually I love visiting new lounges. Lastly, their house cigar had beetles in it!!! I would show a photo but I threw it away. Do yourself a favor and drive over to the excellent habana house or cigar vault. Or even smokers abbey and pipe world. All of those places I mentioned have staff with humbleness, they value their customers, and they care about what they suggest you."
