She was extremely unhelpful, didn't seem to know much about the products, and then abandoned us in the middle of "helping" us to go to someone else. I told her I was looking for a certain strain and she gave me a different one. The product I got is horrible, but i should've also looked at the product before purchasing it, so that's on me, and with the reviews I read about trying to get a refund, it's not even worth the fight. "Bought reusable disposable sativa from this place and it started leaking after a couple of uses while the liquid was almost full. Went back to ask for help and was told they can’t do much since I didn’t have the receipt. Purchased another one and was told to keep the receipt and come back for a replacement if anything happens. That stopped workinf After a couple of uses with almost full liquid… when I got back, they told me they can’t do anything because a couple of weeks past from Day of purchase rven though it was barely used. They said sorry for noy mentioning there would be a time limit dor refund. 85$ went to trash…. They are expensive (30$ MSRP sold at 42$), they sell faulty devices and they don’t fulfil their promise… Horrible place. Never again."
