"I walked in to buy a product that would operate as intended. It broke without being damaged or refilled not even misused. It was a 30$ butane torch by vector.. this store has more in stock but refuses hours after me buying it.. refuses to trade ur out for another one in their shelf. They have 2 dozen or so same kind same exact color but nope. They say no and point me to pay the manufacturer to repair this junk.. 12$ ontop of the 32 ontop of 3 weeks without.!a torch"

"Small selection of mediocre imported glass. Lots of imported Bali boxes, hats, and clothes from Indonesia. Weird vibe from the employees, I guess I expected a more friendly little head shop in Austin. I asked about a glass stand with a price tag on it, the employee suggested that I burn some holes in a piece of wood, because the stand was not for sale, at which time she placed a ceramic piece over the stand effectively covering the price tag. I moved on to the rotating papers, and glass case when an employee kicked the case as I was perusing, I got the message and moved on out. I will not go back! Plenty of good glass and friendly shop attendants around."
