After experiencing an issue with a transaction and then some communication problems about those transactions, I left a review reflecting how I felt at that time. Their team Manager then went out of their way to personally contact me the next day and discussed this matter with me at length providing me with all of the information I needed and listening to what I needed to say, giving me the assurance I needed. "Been a regular customer for about 6-9 months. Poor selection but convenient location. Guys who worked there were cool until this new guy showed up, lacks knowledge about their own products, rushed me in the store, bad attitude and not helpful. Convenience is nice but no longer worth wasting my money on a bad experience and lack of choice in products. They have been known to close earlier than the hours posted as well. Would not recommend to a regular or long time smoker."
