She walked out of the store To are car when she saw that it was not working she went back in to get a new one to replace the did they gave her. They said they could do nothing about it because she walked out of the store. Even tho we were parked right infront of them and they could clearly see us. She was not even out of the store for a full 60 seconds. They got an attitude when I went in the store to ask about it. This is completely unexplainable.
