"Being in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Austin this lounge has some glaring problems. First; two-ton entrance door is out of alignment and is a real struggle to open. It’s unbelievable the owners haven’t addressed having a good working door to enter their premises AND not realizing the liability of having a customer injury. Literally. Second; the HVAC system has not worked ALL summer resulting in a hot, uncomfortable environment in the afternoons. Third, and last, as a former retail business owner myself, the customer experience from the new management is very inconsistent in both attitude and willingness to help the customer."
