"Went there tonight and got the wrong coils I opened one out of the package inside the store and Austin wouldn’t just switch out the unopened ones instead he made me buy a whole new one. It honestly shouldn’t matter because they sell them in singles too and they were the same price. So he literally made me waste $24 on coils instead of doing the right thing and just switching them out because they weren’t open. I definitely won’t be back!!! That’s terrible customer service especially to someone that has been going there for years and spent well over a thousand there."
