"Twice I hired them to wash windows at my home. Neither time did they show up. If your're time is valuable, I would not recommend using them. The first day, which was a sunny day, no rain in forecast,they did not show up and when I called he said their truck broke down and they had another job to do before they could get here until later in the day. If they had arrived at 930 as we had scheduled, they would not have interfered with the sealer I was having put later that afternoon."

"Hired these guys to clean my dryer vent, scheduled them and had a friend to let them in and pay them...My friend waited all day and they didn't come. When I called they said that they had me scheduled for the next day... Managed to work that out and they took care of the vent... Our complex then arranged for window cleaning for folks that wanted it. Scheduled them for the 6/2 and took the day off to let them in and direct them, etc... They did not show. I called them half way through the day and left a message. No response. Tried again a couple of time, but no response. Meanwhile, the neighbor pointed out the lint sticking out of my dryer vent... They seemed to do well for my neighbors, but for me...not so much."
