"I had my gutters, so i thought that is what was going to happen, replaced June 8 2023. Wes Morrison came out to look and give a price estimate, as I did have a couple of areas that were leaking. The company I thought Had Done pretty well except for the corners. It looks like my shingles were raised slightly, I assume to get the gutters/guards well fitting in those areas. However the gutters, what I thought Wes had told me, we’re not replaced. Just the guards (which are way over priced, you could get at Lowe’s) . The part that was Leaking, was never fixed, as Wes had told me it would be. It continues to leak. I am Worried about water leaking under the shingles and into the house, because of those areas that the shingles were raised slightly. I have Included a couple of pictures. I am Worried about more damage to the gutters/deck, because the job was not done like I thought it would. In waking up this morning, after it rained some over night, it is leaking in one spot. It is the major one that I needed to fixed, and it is still leaking. So I will Have to contact them again to come out and fix the area that I needed Fixed the first time. I need To have them come out to look, complete/fix what I was Told what was Going to happen. Or I will Be contacting the BBB. I never Even got a call or email about a follow up by a manager on what they did/that they had completed The job. How it was/looked, etc. I never Got a call. Edit: 7/8 Look what’s still leaking. He did it 2 hours before the rain started! Even though I was told it could NOT BE DONE with rain before or after, so the seal ok the gutter leak could seal properly!"
