"We have been a customer of Nu-Yale on Moser Road for many years. Never had an issue until today. My husband stopped to drop off items, and since we had just bought a new car, he didn’t have masks in his car, so the male working there was so rude and refused to let him in, only a small sign on the door. We are pro/masks, and they should have had extra masks. Now my husband says he will ever use them again. I hate this. But my husband said he had never encountered a more rude employee in any store ever."

If you want to make the year 2020 a lot worse - come to Nu-Yale dry cleaners. Then not only can you have your clothes ruined, but you can fill your time in endless disputes trying to get Nu Yale and their regional manager, Debbie, to take responsibility. The store manager, Zack, was a nice fellow who apologized and told me that Nu-Yale would make it right by replacing the clothes or giving the replacement cost. Well, sadly Debbie could not be bothered to meet with me regarding my 3 suits, 3 dresses, and one blouse, not provide compensation.. I showed others the photos and clothing; one local tailor said she “had never seen anything like this in all her years,” someone asked if they threw all my clothes in the washing machine, and another friend wanted to know if they ironed the suit with car tires. I honestly don’t know - they were supposed to wash the dresses with care after discussing the labels, even hand-washed if needed… hand-washed by an elephant?. The only compliment I can give to Nu-Yale is that they did help me take my mind off Covid. In all seriousness, all I wanted was for Nu-Yale to replace the clothing they damaged, but they are refusing to even do that."
