"Stayed just for a night but the man that helped me was really nice. I had a SUUUUUPER late checkin but they was nice n let me have a late checkout to help me get that shut-eye but wasn’t needed. Room was bigger than expected. Decent in my opinion just not a fan of the spring beds but overall great room especially for the price."

"We stayed here in a Double Queen Room, for 3 months for Medical Visits. AND, it made the whole trip livable! A lot of room for the money in this sized room - like 2 x's regular Hotel Room. Nice kitchen and Penny the Manager and her staff were just super. We looked into renting short term 1 bedroom Apt. but after renting furniture, and buying a lot of stuff that would come with this Double Queen Suite - it just was not worth it. Glad that we made the decision to stay here. I mean SUPER location. HEB Supermarket 8 blocks south, ATM closer, Regal Cinemas half a mile up I-10. Great Sushi place in same shopping center. 13 minutes drive (when not rush hour) to downtown and River Walk. Like our home away from home. I'm going back next week for a few days Medical check up and staying here again."

"All the staff members has extremely accommodating. To include who Erik has gone above and beyond. Penny who is very I formative. Matt and Jess who just provide good customer service. Matter of fact I have suggested this place to two individuals so far."

"The hotel was located in a good area, the guest service representatives at the hotel were great especially Jessica, the manager was TOTALLY out of line, my card ended being charged for additional charges & I asked for a receipt fir the additional charges, she gave an excuse that the sheets were messed up & charged 159.00 extra & she said it was room damage. I spoke to a representative at customer service and he advised that there should have been a 25.00 charge & she told me as she was yelling at me that customer service can't tell her how to run Her hotel as if she owns it. I totally think she is pocketing extra money from guests. Let me advise that the sheets in the pullout bed were damaged, they had food & boo boo stains & all they did was just give a new sheet so that means the room wasnt cleaned properly. The manager is very rude and not professional, several times I went to the front desk & nobody was there, HOWEVER instead she was ourside smoking. I killed a couple of bugs I never got a receipt from when I checked in, checked out, or for the additional charges that I was charged for no reason. I will be contacting corporate as well as the CEO, nobody that is representing an establishment should speak to anyone like that. I won't be staying at extended stay again because of the manager Penny. Dear Hotel Management Again I NEVER received a receipt, there wasn't anything emailed to me. No this doesn't clear anything up because the reply doesn't excuse your manager being rude & Penny was probably the one that responded. I will be letting everyone know & social media how rude the manager is & how unprofessional this hotel is. I have no idea why you advised me to contact the hotel when I have no interest in speaking with Penny, period."
