"Five stars because the ladies behind the front desk were so nice, the breakfast had mini-chocolate chips for their Waffles and the room was very affordable. If mini-chocolate chips and nice ladies are less important to you, and you care more about the TV working and people not standing around smoking marijuana, you might want to try a different place. That being said, I didn't ask for a fix and I was only here briefly. If you're easygoing and flexible, this could be a good place for you to stay. I just don't think I'd bring my family here."

"Worst hotel experience ever. I was forced to take bath in lukewarm water. Instead of accepting their error and taking corrective actions the staff has the audacity to say that lukewarm water is all I get at 7:30 AM in the morning. There was good hot water in the sink. But shower has lukewarm to cold water. How come you don't give the same temperature to shower. Are you trying to save cost here at the expense of customer experience? Never expected this from Marriott. I am also now late to work because of this fiasco."

"We checked in and the second we got to the room it smelled so bad we had to check out. Towels didn't look completely clean and I was afraid to take my shoes off. People were wandering around, hallways genuinely felt like they were out of a horror movie lol. Definitely not the Marriott quality we're used to. I'd avoid. Will say customer service was decent, gave us no problems at all with checking out and a refund. Nice staff."

"The whole area (including roads) is having issues with the ground settling , the sidewalk has separated from the building and dropped a good 3 inches from the door. I would have a very hard time considering this place handicap accessible in view of this. Other the that the rooms was well laid out, clean and the front desk personal were also excellent."

"The stay started off okay. That turned quickly, we woke up the first morning here and the roof was leaking from an already patched spot and the smoke detector. I wish I would have took pictures but in the moment I did not think about it. I contacted from desk and their first response was “I’ll send maintenance up to patch it”. Um, no thank you, I would rather switch rooms. Which in return made us miss some of our plans because we had to switch rooms. The new room was I a completely different building. We had to move all our stuff in the pouring rain. When we get to the new room we are smacked with an odor that lingered the whole stay and got worse when the air conditioning was on. There were spots on the comforter, a couple of the outlets were not working for us, and the walls are paper thin. You could hear everything the people in neighboring rooms were saying and doing. Also, being in this separate building means we have to walk outside each time we need to go to the front desk, gym, laundry, ice, breakfast, etc. The last night here the hallway started smelling like paint thinner or remover, but no renovation being done. All in all, we will not be back to this hotel. The manager in unresponsive and unwilling to help."
