"Bought a new tank assembly that came with a defective coil. Imperial replaced it quick and got me on my way. Had to buy a new tank as I broke my old one. Replacement was defective and would repeatedly fail. Imperial replaced it with another brand free of charge and gave me a large juice for my trouble. Thanks Imperial! Still the best Vape Store in Town!"
