"Love having a mini shopping spree here for the holidays. They always have everything stocked up ready for grabs. I also like to get my Himalayan Salt and travel size hygiene stuff here. Staff is so helpful and kind."
"This is the store for you, if you enjoy your kids being harassed for bouncing a ball in the store. I'm talking about three dribbles of a basketball to see if you want to buy it. My 10yo son was so embarrassed that he wanted to leave the store and not give them his money. There is no sign posted about not bouncing balls. If the employee/manager hears someone bouncing a ball, she goes on the loud speaker and reprimands the person bouncing the ball. I have personally witnessed this happening to another customer on a separate visit back to this Dollar Tree. It is not only embarrassing, but also disrespectful. If there is such a big issue about balls in the store, they shouldn't sell them, or there should be a sign posted about it. Dollar Tree corporate has been contacted about this same issue. I will be driving further to shop at a Dollar Tree that appreciates my business and treats all kids with kindness."
"I will start off with something good: Its located in a nice shopping center and the area is safe and clean. This store however, I would avoid at all costs. Customer service is horrible, staff is rude every visit, store is never open according to the posted hours online. And when you finally make it inside the store, the store is filthy. To be fair it was not always nasty in here. I'm not sure what happened. But the piles of trash AND the poor customer service is over the top. I was there to buy tape, but imagine trying to buy snacks from a store in this condition. I walked out without purchasing anything."
"Worst experience every had. The manager took toys from my 2years old kid while we were shopping in the store. We told her to be shamed of herself then she try to call police on use while the cashier and other customers were watching. She is the store manager. I wonder how Dollar Tree management hire people and how it survives in the community. This store just opened couple months ago!!! Shame!shame!shame!"
"Brand new store so everything is organized and well stocked. Big seasonal section in the front. Lots of birthday decorations, gift bags and party favors. The travel mug section is very limited."
