Reviews of CVS
"I have met with Johnathan multiple times late-at night. He always been polite to me. I know they’re always short staffed at CVS so I take that into consideration. I also see one person posting very derogatory things about him which I think this person is just trying to make him look bad. I just want to let you know I have not had any problems with him. "The worst manger ever!!!! he has A really bad attitude towards customers I was checking my self out at 11pm, instead of helping me he was extremely rude He kept saying I need to hurry because people were behind me and at one point he said I am taking to long checking my self out and I was having difficult time with the system and so when I asked who was the manager because I needed help he said he was the manager honestly I think he needs to get retrained on how to talk and respect customers without customers you wouldn’t pay Your bills"
"We had the worst experience in the MinuteClinic due to the unethical and unprofessional behavior from Nurse Marty Stepanski. On 10/19/2023, my wife and I scheduled an appointment for our 4-year-old daughter to receive her Moderna booster vaccination at 12:20 pm. Since two of my family members are high-risk and have disabilities, my wife and daughter stayed in the car while I went into the store and checked in at the MinuteClinic. It was a few minutes past 12:20 pm and I could hear Nurse Marty Stepanski talking with another patient. After about 10 minutes, Nurse Stepanski was available for my daughter’s appointment. I informed her that I live with two high-risk family members and requested that the paperwork and vaccine be ready before my wife brought in my daughter so that we could be in and out. In other words, we did not want our child to be around sick people for too long. Instead of discussing this accommodation with me, Nurse Stepanski chose to lecture me on how it would be impossible for my daughter to get a vaccine without being around sick people and that we would run into this problem at any doctor’s office. First off, in-network and local pediatricians are currently not providing Moderna vaccines for children under 5, otherwise we would have gone there. Secondly, Nurse Stepanski’s comments are simply not true. Over the past three years, we have managed to get our daughter vaccinated and boosted without being exposed to contagious people. I reminded Nurse Stepanski again about my high-risk family members with disabilities and told her that every doctor and nurse has been able to accommodate us on vaccination appointments. She did not acknowledge my concerns and repeated multiple times, “Oh yeah, there’s sick people in here all day, every day,” instead of offering reassurances and solutions. It seemed like she just wanted to argue and lecture, but also wanted to rush the conversation instead of taking the time to actively listen. My wife and I wanted to proceed with the appointment, but Nurse Stepanski had become outright antagonistic at this point after being called out on her problematic and ableist microaggressions. She said it was already time for her next appointment and that preparing the vaccine and paperwork would take too long. Furthermore, she said she was going to take the next patient and told us to wait. When I told her that I felt we were not being prioritized because of our accommodation request, she accused me of being late and again decided to lecture me about how her schedule gets pushed back if someone is late, as if I do not understand how back-to-back appointments or scheduling in general works. This was upsetting because I was not late to my appointment. As mentioned above, I had been waiting outside patiently while Nurse Stepanski was seeing another patient. Somehow, it was ok for her to extend the previous patient’s appointment, but not my daughter's. Nurse Stepanski chose to waste time by giving me a lecture instead of doing her job. After I told her again that she was not prioritizing us, she said, “Oh my God. You know what, you’re right, it’s better if you go somewhere else,” while motioning her hand in a “shooing” gesture. I left instead of arguing because, at this point, my wife and I didn’t want an angry, vengeful, and rude nurse vaccinating our child. According to the CVS website, it is stated that, “We believe your path to wellness should be barrier-free” and that, “Accessibility is a goal of ours that benefits not only our customers/members, but our own families, friends, colleagues and communities.” Unfortunately, Nurse Stepanski created unnecessary barriers. I believe she was discriminatory against us for our high-risk/disability status. This is a blatant violation of ADA compliance laws."
"AWFUL RUN AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY, they lied about how much insurance billed for the medicine, I validated the bill amount and what they said and it was an excuse to not work! They also conspired to prevent me from getting the medicine & consistently questioned the doctor’s prescription & required me to get the doctor to send more information on 3 occassions. AWFUL"
"Marty is amazing. This is my second visit and it’s unfortunately a sick visit. Marty has been wonderful and very caring. I am not a social person, I talk very little but she just makes me feel so comfortable I could listen to her talk all day. She shares very valuable information. The first visit here was with my son for his vaccines and she was so kind to him I just love her! I do not have insurance, I am paying out of pocket and she’s been very helpful knowing this information. I will gladly keep bringing my business to this MinuteClinic solely based on her treatment. I will update once I get to visit with the provider."
