"I received a text message before my appointment to arrive at 7:45 AM. I’m very prompt with my appointment, so I arrived at 7:45 AM(the door was locked) I was waiting outside in front of the door. A staff member arrived. Now it’s 7:50 AM. I Introduced myself and told her I had received a text message to arrive at 7:45 am. She said we don’t open till 8 am and practically slammed the door in my face. signed dissatisfied"

"If I could give them no stars I would. The staff was not friendly at all. Only friendly person was the lady that did my X-rays. The guy the tried to do my MRI made me feel horrible because I couldn’t get into the position he wanted. I was in a ton of pain that’s why I was there to get a MRI! I asked to speak to the office manager and he could careless. Maybe, I was the wrong shade! I was in a lot of pain and vulnerable..The treatment was horrible! I felt violated!"
"I went here for MRI of my knee. They scheduled me quickly. Had me arrive about 10 mins early for paperwork but I was earlier than that and they still got me back quickly and I was grateful even tho I was prepared to wait because I was so early. The tech was super nice and knowledgeable. He checked on me throughout MRI to make sure I was doing okay. I felt very comfortable with him. MRI’s can be a little claustrophobic and I felt good he kept asking how I was doing and letting me know we are almost done. Thank you MRI for you service."
"Absolutely stunning. While I have had the unfortunate need to get MRI's for ongoing shoulder issues, I have to say that this new DFW MRI location is incredible. The staff were attentive, the location is super clean, modern, and way faster than previous scans. I was very very pleased with my overall experience."
