"Not a bad experience. I was in and out after a heart scan rather quickly. My only suggestion would be for customer service training for the woman at the front desk."

"The worst Imaging facility I’ve ever encounter. My MRI was done on a Thursday was told be sent to my doctor no later than Monday. I had an appointment Tues. images were not sent over and was told I had to come pickup the disc in the office. My doctor asked if they could send the images I was in the office for an appt someone at Crown Imaging said no they couldn’t send the images. I left my doctor’s drove over to get my images was told I had to wait 10 minutes for the disc. After 45 minutes of waiting I had to ask is the disc ready and was told no and had to wait another 10 mins. The worst service ever. The staff seem to not even care of the inconvenience caused."

"Andrew was the guy assisting me while getting my MRI today. He was the best and most kind assistant I could’ve asked for. He knew I had anxiety and continued to offer me anything to help ease it and comfort me. The last guy I had at crown imaging did not do any of that. So I am very appreciative of Andrew going above and beyond!! Thank you!"

"First visit. Setting up an appointment was very efficient and easy. I was able to fill out necessary forms prior to visit online. The scheduling assistant was very detailed and professional. The staff was very courteous and prompt. I had a 730am appt and was finished by 8am. Great experience!"
