"Very worst customer service. June 2023 they forced me to pay the amount for the service, I was supposed to pay just $20 co-pay. My insurance company processed their billing long back. It’s been a several months, it always goes to voicemail whenever I tried calling their support number. Completely money minded office, rude front office staff. Pls stay away!!"

"Poor patient service/care. My sister was late coming to her appt due to horrible traffic. We called the office to notify them of the unexpected delay and was told it was okay to arrive late (after they checked with the doctor). The office closed before closing time and no one even seemed to care. I wish they would of at least of showed some empathy and contacted us the next day to reschedule or explain why she was told one thing and they did another. when we arrived there at the office around 4:14-4:15pm the doors were locked. Then a few mins later the office staff were seen exiting the back of the building. Such a disappointing situation."

"My daughter started going here a few months ago to get help with her migraines. The Dr prescribed her some medicine and later increased her dosage and it's been helping. However, when she went yesterday for her follow up she was TURNED AWAY because of a HIGH balance on her account. Well, I received the invoice a couple of weeks ago and this invoice does not make it clear whether or not our insurance had been billed yet. The person in billing confirmed this is a common complaint. So I tried calling the number on the invoice and it's either busy or just rings. Turns out the phone number on their statements has been wrong for 2 YEARS!!! Seems pretty shady. I finally speak to someone in their billing department and I'm told our insurance denied the claim or that we had reached our limit for coverage this year. I then ask my insurance company to resend me the explanation of benefits for these claims. Turns out there were adjustments made for both appointments. The actual amount due from the invoice I received should be less than half of what they show and I still haven't received an invoice from them from her 2nd visit. So they refused to see my daughter over a balance of less than $250. Turns out our total balance due for both visits is about $350. We will find another neurologist and I hope the Dr sees this review so she knows she's losing a patient due to incompetence of her staff"

"I have never had a worse experience at a Doctor’s office. You cannot get ahold of anyone at the front desk or scheduling. They do not return any voicemails you leave. I did not feel like my visit and issues were well acknowledged and I ended up leaving feeling more hopeless and scared than prior to coming in. They failed to get one of my very critical time-sensitive tests sent out so I can get necessary imaging done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Find anywhere else than this place."

"Dr. Baweja is very good and through with her work. Her bedside manner is phenomenal. She listens and addresses all concerns and most of all gets her patients feeling better! She is available for her patients! Greatly appreciate her and would highly recommend to anyone especially since I’m a ER RN."
