"Be careful when paying. I was charged for my room twice and it’s been almost a week with no refund. The manager seems to be the busiest person in the world because I’ve called 6 times and every single time he’s either gone or in a meeting. Won’t be returning"

"The rooms are updated and clean and it’s a newer hotel. Location is great for restaurants, my only complaints are they charge for a continental breakfast, and charge almost double if you pay when you book the room. Either way not worth it, should be included. The other negative is it’s right next to the highway so the traffic noise level is high."

"Bought a package that included breakfast for one, was $13 more (109 to 122), but I thought it was ok, only to find it was only $7.99 without the package....like what the hell!!!!! Breakfast choice was good, but it was all cold.....not Luke warm, actually cold, can't help but feel totally ripped off, will never stay at this chain again."

"The room had nice furniture but was not totally clean. The shower had a head and handle, but the water pressure was weak. The breakfast costs $7.99, even for Bonvoy Platinum and up. Sheraton has a better breakfast that's free for Platinum and up because they reward loyalty. They also have a bigger lobby and better gym for similar rates. But I'd pick Sheraton over this because of the loyalty rewards."
