"(ID is not real name) I've tried to make an appt for my husband online. SIX TIMES. Never would schedule/complete the appt. If it's because I wouldn't accept their cookies, oh well. We should still be able to talk to a HUMAN on the phone and not some dumb computer. Not everyone's world is online. I don't use anything online unless it's absolutely necessary. Our bank account was hacked. So, I don't trust online...NOTHING is secure even though they say it is. Don't believe them."
