"I’m leaving 1star since I can’t leave a zero review. Being that it’s a new hotel it wasn’t bad however the management is terrible!!! Very rude, condescending, hateful, screams at guests, and doesn’t address things left in the bathroom that weren’t there when left. Tells me I can check out if I want and that I did it since they don’t give out our room key. Homeless people everywhere and very hostile environment with staff. They constantly watch you like you’re gonna steal something like there is something in those tiny rooms to steal anyway. Long story short if you want someone in your room that isn’t supposed to be that leaves razors, to be accused of things you didn’t do and screamed at by the person getting rich off all of us…. Visit them. However I highly advise NOT TO VISIT this location between the homeless and the lack of care or concern for guests. I told manger that I was going to call the police and post bad reviews and he screamed at me and told to go ahead. So I guess this is really by request of the manager. (I packaged these since I didn’t know if they were laced or who or where they came from)"

"Rooms extremely to small, service was great on the 1st night. The 2nd day we were told we couldn't clean out our car after being told otherwise the night before."
