"Complained about the state of our condo; It was dirty and run down. They didn't seem to care and told us there was nothing they could do."

"Very disappointed in the "service" provided by this company. We had rented a condo in Feb 2022, for Jan-Feb 2023, thru this company. I had noticed over the summer that this specific condo was for sale, so I emailed the company inquiring as to what happens if it gets sold. No reply so I did not worry...assuming they were aware and on top of it. We got a phone call on 12/29/22 from Island Services indicating the condo was sold and they have nothing available for us. WHAT??? We called them on 12/30/22 to figure out was going on as I saw the condo actually sold on 11/8/22 - why the long wait for the phone call? No response from them. They said they would send our deposit back...nothing came. We stopped in at their office when we got to the island. Their response..."we sent that out" Please show us the cancelled check..."oh, I guess we didn't". Manager would not talk to us and they acted like this was no big deal. I get that units get sold and things happen; however, it is how the situation was handled that we will not ever use this company again."

"Very nice vacation experience overall. The condo was very neat and clean. The beds were comfortable. The view was amazing. The staff was friendly and most helpful. The reason I gave 4 stars is because we had an issue with the hideaway bed being broken, and it was never really resolved. The staff did their best, however to make it right. This was on the owner. They knew it was broken before they rented it out. So some of us had to sleep on the floor on the mattress from the couch. Not a huge deal, but after you've paid $1100, you would think you could sleep on an unbroken couch. Right?"

"Absolutely loved the easy access to the beach!! My room, the beds were so comfortable, everything was nice. The only two things I didn't like was it smelled of cigarettes and right outside the front door in the hallway was a constant puddle of water coming from the ac unit. My 2 yr old slipped and fell twice."
