"Not good. We were there for 3 days and the room did not even have a chair to sit on. I asked the desk clerk for one and he said the motel did not provide one. I guess you can sit on the bed or lean against the wall. The tv did not work when we arrived and I was told no maintenance on duty until Monday. We also had no room service the entire time. The only good thing I can say is the breakfast was good."

"The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is the breakfast. It's actually tasty and the breakfast staff have energy and are actually friendly. Upon arrival, the entrance floor was very dirty. It was sunny and 75 outside. The lobby couch is in bad shape. Our room looked like spring break had just happened. Peeling wallpaper, broken bathroom mirror, torn lampshades, torn and stained sheets. Beds were comfy but loud from the plastic protectors. No washcloths available per housekeeping. Hallways always had debris and never vacuumed. Front desk staff would get annoyed when asked for pool towels. Very disappointing stay."

"I stayed here for 2 nights. I was in the lower level. The room looked ok but the molding smell from the floor was so strong that we could not sleep. The only good thing is the free breakfast."

"South Padre's hidden gem in plain sight! All the employees are friendly and kind. The hot breakfast has been delicious all 3 mornings we've been here. You don't hear much noise outside the room. Everything is clean and fresh. The hot tub is fabulous. We needed a shower stool and requested it when we made the reservation. They had already put it in the bathroom before we checked in. It's about a block and a half from the beach at the corner of Venus & Padre, very easy stoll to the beach or we found plenty of beachside parking. We will definitely be back next year!"

"We stayed 2 nights 9/28-29. The evening Front desk lady was so fun! She was nice to chat with, gave great recommendations and was funny! We will definitely stay again! My only complaint was, I wish there were more fresh fruit options in the morning. We loved the outdoor showers after the beach."
