"Excellent food. Super cool Margaritaville vibe. Priced a bit on the high side. I was just a dinner and gift shop guest and did not stay in the resort. ***A warning****.... Don't buy the T shirts. I love Margaritaville shirts and I have dozens from the Caribbean to Vegas and the shirts were always high quality until now. They must have started buying the cheapest shirts China has to offer because the collars at both the South Padre location and the Vegas location only maintain their shape for 3 or 4 washes. After that, they become very expensive rags. I have 10 year old Margaritaville shirts that are in far better condition than my brand new ones from SPI."

"Over-all great experience, the staff was very friendly. Very relaxing and if it gets super busy you have your own personal balcony to relax on. The biggest issue we had was the bed and pillows were awful. Any time you moved the bed would creak, almost as if it was broke and the mattress was very uncomfortable and the pillows were so bad they might as well have been thrown in the trash. They gladly gave us new pillows when we asked for them and they were just as bad. For the price of our stay i expected much better quality."

"We stayed here for a couple of nights after our wedding and we had a great time! The location is good, parking was easy and the rooms were nice and clean. Dave at the front desk was welcoming and helped to make our stay special! Betsy was also very helpful and provided great customer service. Though it was too chilly to enjoy, the pool was inviting and the hotel had easy beach access. Would recommend for friendly staff, great location, nice amenities and beachy vibes!"

"We had the most amazing vacation in South padre island and the hotel was one of the biggest reasons. Great location, close to everything and direct access to the beach. The pool was spacious and beautiful. Our suite was amazing and we had the greatest view. Dylan and Stacey went out of their way so many times to make our stay wonderful. Javi, Michelle and all the bartenders kept the drinks flowing and the food coming. Could not have asked for more."

"This was the first time I stayed at a Margaritaville hotel, and it sure was a delight! The lobby is fun and clean with lots of fun chairs. The rooms are so festive and really clean. The floor did kind of feel sandy, but that's not terrible. Everyone was nice and the pool was fun. It was a great getaway place to spend with my family at South Padre Island!"
