"In early January 2024, I sought the services of Ace Handyman for the important task of installing a safety railing for a disabled individual. Initially, the project faced challenges, including delays and a less-than-ideal quality of workmanship, which left the installed railing unstable and unsafe. This situation was far from what I expected, and I shared my concerns through a review, not expecting a resolution that would meet the necessary safety standards. Acknowledging the feedback, Ace Handyman Services took commendable steps to address the concerns. A different technician, along with the franchise owner, visited on February 6, 2024. Bolts were replaced and re-seated and and the rail realigned, improving its stability and safety. This follow-up action restored my faith in Ace Handyman Services. The professionalism and accountability demonstrated by the franchise owner and the new technician were exemplary. They not only corrected the initial issues but also ensured that the work done was of the quality and safety I had initially hoped for. I have deleted the old review as corrections to those points have been made, but I am pleased to create this new review and better rating to reflect the positive outcome and the high level of customer service provided. The experience reinforces the importance of open communication and a business' commitment to making things right, ensuring the safety and well-being of those who rely on their service."

"The Ace Handyman that came out was great. He installed two grab bars on the shower walls, (I had already paid for the bars.). It took him just shy of an hour to install them. The labor cost was about $200.00, which I was told before he came out. I believe that is very expensive for the work he did. Because of that, I will not use their services again"
