"Went in there tonight and asked if they carried coils for my vape and the guy behind the counter looked up from his phone at my device then just went back to texting or doing something on his phone without answering my question. I stood there in silence for 30 seconds before finally saying "Nevermind bro. I'll just go to a different shop". I feel horrible because I accidentally left a bad review for Green Gorilla in NRH thinking it was this shop. I'm sure they're a stand-up establishment because I got a response from them immediately after leaving the review. But this place Gorilla Vape was a joke of a vape shop. In response to your response: if this employee was in fact looking on his phone to help me then he should have explained that to me. It would have been better than awkward silence and me just standing there feeling like an idiot.
