"First off, I love Cracker Barrel so when one opened very near us, we were very excited. My mom and sister went to this particular one 2 months before this experience and both had explained a horrible experience. I chalked it up to just being new. We waited a month and decided to go with my whole family (7 of us). Hostess was amazing & extremely outgoing. Waitress was sweet but seemed lost most of the time. We ordered breakfast & lunch both between all of us. My husband ordered the fried chicken plate, which was the daily special. He was told 15 minutes after ordering that the chicken was just being put in and there would be a 15-18 minute wait. He received his food 40 minutes later, after all of us had eaten. The chicken had zero seasoning, the sweet potato was RAW; completely not cooked. The turnip greens literally had dirt in the juice in the bottom of the bowl. He ate a few bites of the chicken, tried both the sides and called it quits. When I say I have NEVER seen my husband push away food in the 10 years we have dined together, I mean it. Shocked! I had ordered hash brown casserole with my meal. I never got it until the meal was done & when I finally did get it, it was broccoli casserole. When checking out, we were asked how the food was and I was brutally honest. The manager did comp the entire meal, which was very kind. Unfortunately in the same breath, he made excuses about all of the food issues."

"Good old iconic US restaurant chain; we had an early Thanksgiving meal, where they had fried turkey with different sides; I had mashed potatoes and gravy along with kernel corn - biscuits with some sauce were also served. Service was really good, our server was attentive and listened to each of our wants and needs. The ambience of Cracker Barrel is as usual, a busy place with tons of decorations on the side walls, ceiling, and on the outside as well."

"Very friendly when you walk in, girl waiting to seat is started rambling saying “we have scrambled eggs” I was like ??? Ok???? That’s good…..anyway we decided to have lunch, I had strawberry lemonade and wife had unsweet tea…. Had the fried pickle and loaded fries as appetizers, ordered our meal we were going to share and waitress got the order wrong….. anyway, we were suppose to have the 3 entree meatloaf and double chicken and dumplings with green beans and okra ( again we’re sharing) so we got meatloaf and one small dumpling with no chicken in it at all. Menu item I selected was bigger bowl so turn out she put in meatloaf and the chicken and dumplings was a side item….. we will go back again for breakfast next time. Could tell new place, managers kept coming by, so I’m hoping when the training management leaves it doesn’t go down hill."

"Absolutely loved this place. My husband and I were so excited for it to open and it did not disappoint. Kyla was fast, friendly, and so kind. Everyone working was very attentive and went out of their way to make our experience phenomenal. The food was delicious. The pancakes were cooked to perfection. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. Usually when you come to a new place you expect them to have to get their kinks worked out, but this place ran smoothly like it has been open for years. I highly recommend if you’re needing a clean and comforting place to dine."
