"Food was very good but employees seem lost and easily confused. Walked up to the register and no “hello” or “we’ll be right with you” even though there were several people standing around. Someone came up and asked if I had been helped but he seemed distracted and asked if I wanted my burger grilled or crispy and then got my shake size wrong. I get that it gets busy but it could use a little more leadership influence"

"I came on a Wednesday night and the service and food was horrible. The order was incorrect and I was mistreated by the customer service of the cooks for their mistake. They put extreme salt on my family's fries because I asked for fresh and not re-dropped fries. The cashier was very exceptional and had great customer service unlike the others. My advice is if you don't feel like working or can't take constructive criticism don't work for braums This industry has worked too hard to build a brand and name to hire ungrateful people who can't honor the impact they've made for the industry"

"Food was good and fresh. Ketchup pumps were broken but packets were provided when asked. The floor was slippery in the dining area even though it was dry so I'm assuming it was covered in grease. I saw an add for chocolate milk and it looked good. I can't be alone because they were out when I checked after eating."

"Just got a chocolate malt & fries. The very first drink I got chunks of rubbery chocolate ice cream. I was going to deal with it, then I started getting chunky tan colored pieces that crunched. Not sure if it was a cone or peanuts but how revolting. Do better Braums."

"Ordered at 1749. Customer service was trash. Held up the line for 10 min waiting for my order to be taken. Pulled around to the window and worker was on her phone and claimed that the reason my order wasn't taken was because I pulled up too far even after I had said hello a few times to get their attention.... I ordered a spicy chicken club sandwich which came out less then five minutes after ordering with the cashier and the chicken was rubbery and had been sitting under their heating device. Went to drink my sprite and it was all carbonation. I wouldn't recommend ordering the food . Ice cream is great here tho!"
