"Have never left a review ever on any business but so boggled by the service I have to. First off the lone girl in the business on North Beach St. could barely speak English, much less be helpful. I was looking for the smok RPM 85 but she had zero clue what I was talking about. The smok fortis was priced well so I bought it. Immediately after looking in the bag, I noticed she put the actual vape in the bag, not the actual product in a box. When I asked if I could have the box she stated it was an open unit (failed to mention this before). So I paid for a vape with no charging cable or battery LOL. As she could barely speak English, I decided not to press the issue. I’ll just talk with my wallet. I will never come back here as it was the worst service I’ve received from a service in quite some time out of any business. Here’s hoping the vape actually works. Cloud 9 I would seriously consider whom you have running your stores. That was a beyond terrible experience."
