"I don't have much to say about this place cheap should be all you need to know and I wouldn't recommend anyone that wants privacy to stay because I think this motel is more like an apartment complex than a hotel because you can stay as long as you want the price $230 a week I think not 100%sure but it's around that It's great for me but I don't really judge anything as long as I can save"

"Rooms, there are spacious and clean the staff really does a great job keeping rooms clean service, ive experience nothing but welcoming arms from the staff a well put together unit for sure location, its right off ave Q which means you can get from downtown to here without making any turns"

"High traffic all night long. Disruptive dog barking all night even after reporting to office. Roaches. Housekeeping asked me to vacuum my own room when asked for service then got attitude about it. Would not recommend for people with small children. Affordable but not as peaceful now as when we first moved in"

"Paid $50 for a really clean, good room, totally against expectations given the low price. The room had a working AC, fridge, and microwave. The place seemed fairly safe. The continental breakfast was small but still good. They also had free wifi. Would definitely recommend!"
