"I only have experience with room #3, but it covers a period of over a month. There was a water outage that lasted several days. The toilet was backed up for several days. An electrical cord had to be stretched from Room #2 for several days as the breaker box for the room had blown out. This also necessitated part of the wall being torn out for several days while they "worked" on it. The whole lot is fenced and the gates are difficult to operate. Not handicapped accessible unless there are able-bodied people to help. Parking is very difficult to navigate in the tiny lot, and it feels more like a prison than a motel. Alcohol is not allowed. People are often stopped when leaving and quizzed as to why they were there, who they were visiting, and so forth. Oh, and the topper is that you'll be paying $50 a day or $1,300 a month for the "privilege" of residing at this "fine" establishment."

"It depends on what you're going to do. Cash only. No bathtub. Stationary showerhead & low water pressure. Notice the sign that said cable TV, phones, kitchenettes is gone. Couldn't really get a good shower Other than that the manager was nice & polite, so give him a chance, it gets you out of the weather anyway"
