"We Booking online and they charge to my card! when we get there no one was in the front office we call a lot of times, ring the bell, knock the door and nothing! they just took the money i didnt bring any room. we have to look for other hotel. careful whit this place."

"Nobody was at the front desk when I walked in. After a good wait, a homeless looking person off the street came into help me book at room. It was obvious that the hotel I had booked online was a far cry from the pictures shown online. The lobby was demolished, no furniture, the walls torn up. Insulation hanging out everywhere. This hotel should be condemned. The lady gave me a contract, of the likes which I've never gotten at any hotel I've stayed at before, that made too many mentions to "I have been shown my room before paying and agree to the conditions". This cause me to want to want to see the room before booking. Walking to the room, it was obvious that the hotel was in a serious state of disrepair. It look like every ingle room had been broken into at one time or another. Whole window panes were broken out of units, evidence of doors being pried open was everywhere. It did not seem safe or secure. Upon arriving to the room to look at it was obvious this room had not been spared a break-in forced entry. As well, the windows panes were held in to the frames with painters tape. There was an actual bullet hole in one of the window panes (see pic). Upon entering the room it was obvious it had been flood damaged due to the awful stench of wet carpet and mold. You could see the wooden baseboards had swollen from being soaked in water and were exhibiting signs of mold. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain and the tile shower had so many tiles broken and fallen out that it was a hazard to even take a shower. The vanity area was rotted and broken and full of filth. I refused my room and booked at the hotel next door."

Rest Inn is now under new management and ownership and is in way of remodeling. As the remodeling is changing the way things look the rest of our team is doing anything and everything possible to help you with a peaceful and enjoyable stay. "Desk guy is super rude. Made us wait 15 mins for the next person to start their shift even though we booked ahead of time. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! Update: this is by far the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. Here is a list of everything wrong in my room... Wood door falling apart Old salsa lid stuck to chair Dripping sink Toilet moves when you sit down No trashcans Only top sheets on beds Stains on everything including wall and lamp shade Towel rack broken but still has towels on it Missing tiles in bathroom Maybe 2 good channels the rest don't come in Could see outside from the air conditioner No mini fridge or microwave Paint coming off of everything Carpet stained and very dirty looking No alarm clock Someone tried to come into our room...seemed like a tweeker but apparently it was an employee who didn't even knock."

"If there was a rating less than 1-star, this place would get it. Our room was disgusting by being infested with flies, the toilet didn’t flush, just spun “the stuff” around, the walls, door, a/c unit and cabinets had brown smudges all over them, the TV didn’t work and when I called the front desk to complain she was VERY RUDE and made it seem like it was our fault. We were given the choice of looking at the room before committing to renting the room, and when I asked for another room, he said that all the rooms were like that. After settling into the room, we noticed it was really pretty bad, but we had a previous engagement and had to leave. We have NEVER encountered anything like this EVER. DON’T RENT ANYTHING AT THIS PLACE. VERY RUDE MANAGER."
