"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION!!! I got my car repossessed when I was a week away from giving birth. They waited until the day that it was repossessed to tell me my previous payments never went through. I actually received an email from one of them saying it DID go through, so I never worried about it. I never knew it was in the process of being repossessed otherwise I would have found a way to pay for it. Now I am carless with a newborn and have to depend on others because of their lack of communication. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was on time with all my payments until the last 2 months in my pregnancy when I couldn’t work, and they knew that. Truly a terrible experience and I will NEVER have anything to do with this bank again."

"Came to first drive up window as bank requested to take care of my handicap sister's banking needs. There was a black Buick sitting there taking care business that should have been done inside. I was stuck for Way to long not able to move in any direction. Didn't even get an apology for my in convenience because employees wouldn't tell her to come inside. NOT a Good way to do business. Very upset at least 2 dozen cars going through while I'm stuck! Thank for ruining my day!"

"Love the bank but their customer service on days they are not open is horrible. Lost my card wanted to block it and couldn’t get thru to talk to anyone for like 20 minutes. I called the number and when I finished all I was asked to do by the recorded voice it told me the card was blocked February 1st of this year but I just used it???"
