"Update gave one star to continue my experience with sterling Federal credit union and my review explaining what happened to me has been removed and I didn't do it the ceo was demanding me to remove it and I'm assuming that removed it because they didn't want people to see it. And I asked for a letter explaining what the employee did and they refused so if they think what this employee did wasn't illegal then were the letter. The CEO sent several threats letters registered and purposely ruined my credit if the employee that went into my password protected account without my permission and did transactions without my permission then why didn't they just give in and take the payments put of my account. They turned me over to the credit Bureau and then closed the accounts I demanded that when this first started and turned me in for a 10$ amount that doesn't even exist. They are being investigated so already members watch out and anyone new considering joining don't contact me tell you more and I'm disabled"
