"Zero stars!! See update at the bottom. I have had more than a few trips to this location when the pump is out of paper for receipts. It is inconvenient to wait in the long line at the register just for the receipt. I called the manager, named Rana, and told her about the frequency of this happening. She was extremely polite and said I don't blame you for being upset! If that happens again feel free to use the PA at the pump and ask the cashier to walk your receipt out to you! The last 6 trips the pump printed my receipt. Very good manager at this location! I will be going back soon! This location is VERY clean including the restrooms!! RECENT UPDATE: This was very short lived and they are back to the same sad service! After more phone calls I still can't get receipts and the employees refuse to bring out the receipt. Employees attitudes are horrible. I am now fueling up elsewhere!!"

"I purchase all of my gas at Thornton's, as well as coffee, hot dogs, snacks, etc. Great store with nice people."

"I am a rewards member with Thornton's and I use them exclusively because on occasion I get coupons to save on fuel. I purchased gas with a 20 cent per gallon coupon. It did not apply the coupon which was valid. This is the second time this has occurred. The clerk refused to recifty this issue. It is beginning to appear to me as if this is a predatory company that lures in customers with the promise of a discount on fuel, and then denies these savings in order to make more money off of fuel sales. Shame on you Thornton's."

"I just paid the most I ever paid for a pack of cigarettes. I bought the same cigarettes yesterday I have a block away been buying him since I was 16 and I’m 42. They charge me over $10 for a pack of cigarettes I paid seven dollars for yesterday. That’s ridiculous. They don’t cost that much anywhere else at the other Thorntons or any place else in Indiana. I will not return to this one again they be ripping you off. Yes, that’s why the parking lots empty."
