"Excellent job as always and dealing with our dogs is no easy task. Unfortunately every year they bite someone. They are guards after all and they only interact with the public for vet visits and kennel time, usually 1 time a year. StFf was very gracious and enjoyed seeing our guardians losing their minds when we picked them up. Much silliness for such monsters"

"3/2/23 Update: Unfortunately our experiences with Central Kentucky Pet Resort have gotten worse since our first drop off last year. Started off with some small things, like not putting chew toys in the kennel that we provided and taking weeks to return a blanket that was kept after their stay. This last experience was truly disappointing though. We dropped our dogs off for a week here, and we always get the most expensive kennel with the camera, because we like checking in on the dogs at night, or while they are outside playing. At check-in we were given the card with the camera information, but when we went to pull up the cameras, they weren't working at all. This continued for the entire time we were on our trip. When we called in to bring this up, they told us to just message them on Facebook and they would send us pictures of our dogs, and assured us they were doing fine. My wife sent them a message, and we never received any reply or pictures. When we came in to pick up the dogs, we asked for a discount on the boarding, since a key part of why we picked CKPR and those kennels is so we can check in on our dogs via the cameras, and that feature was unavailable the entire time. We were told there would be no discount or refund because the cameras being down was out of their control - this was told to us second hand because the manager couldn't even personally call us back. Very disappointing customer service from a business I was originally very impressed with. Original: Dropped our dogs off here for a week - our first time boarding them. The staff here are super friendly and understanding! The ability to log into webcams when the dogs are in their kennel or outside during playtime was a huge benefit for us, especially as first time customers. We also had the dogs deshed/groomed before we picked them up and they looked great. Highly recommend the Central Kentucky Pet Resort! We will be bringing our dogs back every now and then for a daycare session as well."

"My guy always has the best time here. He always gets the deluxe kennel so I can watch him on camera while I'm away. Reasonably priced, compared to other kennels in the surrounding area. The environment is always clean and the staff are always friendly."
