"Miserable experience anytime I have ever been there. Mainly has to do with the people who work their. Don't get me wrong tho. There has been very few workers that are amazing there but they never seem to stay there long. Wonder why."

"I have never received such awful service anywhere as I did here. When coming to pick up prescriptions, they told me that only one wasn’t ready. I didn’t wait around for it because I didn’t feel good and wanted to get home, so I picked up the ones that were ready. Got home only to find they didn’t give me one of the medications they said was ready. I called, and the person on the phone very rudely said that the medication I hadn’t gotten actually was not ready, in fact it had been on back order for a month and it wasn’t going to be ready i’d have to get it somewhere else. If they had told me that the first time, I would have had time to transfer that prescription somewhere else to pick it up before places closed. So I went back to the pharmacy and picked up the one that initially wasn’t ready. They said they’d transfer the last one I needed to another pharmacy but I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until the next day because everywhere else was closed by this time. So I took that offer. The next day I go to pick it up at a different pharmacy only to find out that they did not transfer it, so the second pharmacy had to call them. I ended up waiting over half an hour for them to transfer it. This is people’s health and I don’t understand why I was lied to about a medication being ready when it was not even available and hadn’t been for a month. Very frustrating."

"Terrible place. Made an appointment for a Covid booster. Went to the store and waited to find out they had run out 2 days ago. No one bothered to text me. I could have made an appointment somewhere else. Very inconsiderate. They lost my business."
