"Store experience was very good! Delivery was poorly handled. My delivery team spoke NO English and I speak no Spanish. Apparently they were not provided an appropriate GPS so could not find the delivery location. USPS to the rescue- the employee called me confirmed the location and he was able to direct the driver. Phone call to delivery during the problem was never returned."
