She went out of her way to move cushions around so we could try out different options and disassemble things so we could see how the furniture works. She sent us a quote and then followed up with a text which made it super easy to follow up with her. When we were ready to order, I sent her a text and we were able to do everything without having to go back into the store. She was super responsive and friendly throughout the whole ordering process. She even sent us an assembly video to help us when our furniture arrives. The whole staff at Lovesac was welcoming and the store was very clean and inviting."
