"Stopped in to get pop and smokes. While shopping I'm informed it's gonna be 30+ min b4 they can help me. I said that's fine it was change over. I asked why they would close all registers to do change over knowing they would have customers they informed me the main register had froze up. Yet it seem to be working fine spitting out reports. Then again what do I know. So after a short wait and watching a few get turned away it's time to Check out. My items total is to high I explain this and I'm told that's the price she can't do anything. Pepsi [email protected] I asked her to get a Mgr to fix it. I'm told they don't have one and there is nothing they can do. Now I've worked part time in gas stations never once was I on a shift where there wasn't someone there that can fix a price. So I told her she may want to take the huge signs down she said are you paying or not. I wanted my Mt.Dew so I paid for it. Do better have ppl who enjoy helping ppl. Have ppl who don't announce how stressed they are or how they can't stand doing thier job while customers are there. Going to see Mgr today will update with solution. Be safe stay warm"

"I was sitting in line in the window. One vehicle in front of me. I said there for a good 1520 minutes. Nobody even come to the window at all. To help the person in front of me then I decided I was gonna pull around and go into the store when I went into the store. There was nobody at the lawns and there was 2 people working. The register one being a manager. Now, if they had been completely slammed, that would be one thing, but for them not to have any customers. There was no reason as for why they could not go to the window"

"I called to see about a specific item from the Deli. I'm originally from Ashland and don't have an opportunity to get stuff often more that I'm in Louisville. Holly answered the phone, and she was so kind. I really appreciate that. I am sure she was super busy. I hope she gets some extra appreciation from the company for her customer service."

"When I need gas, beverages, or a quick breakfast sandwich, this place is usually my go-to. They have a wide selection of beverages (beer/soda/juice) that is usually stocked well. I recently started getting a breakfast sandwich, the biscuits are delectable and the food is always hot. The cashiers are always friendly and everybody seems to enjoy working there."

"Love the clark's marathon gas stations. Always helpful plenty of character from the cashiers. Been to both locations and they have some of the cheapest and best breakfast from their deli. And the chicken at the other location is equally as amazing!"
