"Never use them for a rental home. Horrible landlords, they never fix anything with the homes. I was In this home and it was filled with black mold. The owner never came to the home to check it out nor did he follow up with my concerns. For 90 days we had bathroom uncleaned water leaking into our kitchen. This was so nasty bc the water was unclean. The leak was never fixed, the water still leaked black mold was exposed once the ceiling caved in. I was no longer able to cook for my kids. I became very ill, then I was told that I was a bad rental person bc I complained to much and that I needed to be patient. 90 days of uncleaned and unsafe water leaking, breathing in the black mold. Yea, no. Stay away from this company."
