The communication of what is happening is superb and the facility doesn't feel like a typical 'cold and sterile' healthcsre environment. I always choose to bypass imaging at other facilities. "Even though all of the Staff were very nice, I was unhappy. I showed up on time for my appointment, I wasn't called back for an hour and 40 minutes. Also there were a few patients on their phones, one even played music. The whole experience was upsetting."

"I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for Heartline to open. I decided to read their reviews, 3.1 rating, I was hoping it was a mistake!! Let me inform you they must have been listening! I walked into a newly renovated reception area, with a smiling receptionist asking if she could help me. After all paperwork was completed I sat down in a very comfortable chair. There is coffee for your enjoyment! I didn’t have time to grab one because I was called for my MRI. I was lead through a totally renovated area and into my waiting room and was giving a set of scrubs (not an open gown), first time that’s ever happened!!!! My phone, wallet and keys were put in a locked storage locker and I had the key with me. Was called for my MRI test. The MRI technician explained everything and was very understanding of my concern of confined spaces! After I was loaded feet first up to my chest I was overwhelmed with anxiety, I hit the emergency button. She immediately backed me out of the machine! She was very comforting and caring for my anxieties! After we talked for a few minutes I decided to give another go at it. All good, grabbed a coffee on my way out…thanks Wayne"
