"I saw Dr. Jennifer cunningham for the first time yesterday; she was wonderful. I feel validated, I felt seen and heard and I have hope for a solution to my issues. The other reviews of the staff are horrible but I had a nice experience with everyone. The two women at the front desk were helpful and kind, the nurse who took my weight blood pressure and notes was very sweet and pleasant and the lady who took my blood was sassy and fun. The office it's self is old and in poor condition but they are moving to a new office in a few months. I have nothing but praise for every one who delt with my yesterday."

"The doctors are nice but the staff who take your blood are the worst. I would give them zero stars if I could. They are so mean for example last visit I had there was a lady in a wheelchair and they were yelling at her to hurry to the blood taking chair. She was elderly and couldn’t push herself and they were yelling at her because she wasn’t pushing herself to the blood taking chair. I also have a condition where I pass out when getting my blood taken so I requested to lay down to avoid falling out of the chair (because that has happened to me so many times) and the nurses there put me down and get on to me telling me that they don’t have time to deal with me. I have never had anyone in the medical field ever tell me that. It made me very uncomfortable. Zero stars."

"The worst customer service of any medical facility I have ever endured. They never answer the phone to even make an appointment. Last time caĺled multiple times and left voice mails, still no responses. My Dr Cyrus is no longer there. I need an appointment with another doctor and can't even get them to answer the phone or call me back. If you manage to get an appointment it will be 2-3 months out. Can't believe Baptist actually allows their name to be abused by this group. Can't imagine running a company like this. Waste of my time. Don't use this organization. Looking elsewhere."

"Not sure if the doctors here are good because no one returns my calls to schedule an appointment. I have been trying for over a month to schedule an appointment. One lady finally answered, but was no help( better off leaving another voicemail). I asked to confirm she got my fax from my doctor and she said the person that looks at the fax is not in right now, and she did not make any effort trying to help me.....I mean can you not get up and look at the fax machine...... . listening to the review below and request a new provider"
