"This is an edited version of my original post... I had my procedure on June 28, 2023. That day all was well. Procedure went well. Now here is the rest of the story, which sent an email back to them on June 26, 2023 and still have had no response.... I had gotten a survey to fill out on how well they did and here is a resone to them......". It was in Louisville KY, on Hurstbourne Ln. I had my procedure on June 28, 2023. I called them about a 4-5 days after the procedure because I was having a burning sensation in my inter thigh. When someone answered the phone, and I told them who I was, she proceeded to say "oh, I'm glad you called because you was on my list to call". She proceeded to tell me they had to cancel my 2nd leg (left) because they had been acquired by another company. Never ask me how I was doing, never said come back in so we can remove your stitch.. on Wednesday, July 19th I tried calling the office, to tell them I was having an issue with where the stitch was in my gronin area. I called 2 or 3 different phone #'s I had, but no one answered. I left a detailed message about my issue I was having, but NO ONE returned my call. I ended up going to a Urgent Care here locally. I ended up having an infection and the stitch area. Urgent Care got the infection out, and gave me a prescription for an antibiotic. Needless to say, I am NOT happy, that NO ONE, called to check on me, which when I left the day of the procedure, I was told I would have a phone call the next day to check on how I was doing. Never got that call.....And, I still have issues, I still have pain. So no, not HAPPY at ALL. I was told that day that someone would call me and check on". I just went by the office and it is all locked up. No one on site. Below was my orginal post.... Very relaxing experience. Staff was very friendly made you feel at ease. Office was very clean."

"Everyone there is so very nice. My kinda people. They seem as they honestly care for a persons well being or at least I felt that way and I am very hard to please. The explain everything in detail as far as what I am going to expect. The nurse prationer even came outside in the rain and offer to help me in my truck for I am in a wheel chair. If you don’t like it here you don’t like yourself. I sincerely believe you will like it. Will let you know how my operations went."

"I love the staff at Ky vascular office in Hurstbourne, they are courteous on time and every patient is remembered and the Dr explains everything that is going to be done and makes sure you do understand before you leave. And the greetings are awesome from the time you walk in couldn’t ask for better office and staff they just make you feel at home I never second guess at they tell because they are very confident at what they do. I will refer them all day long."

"The first thing you notice when you walk into this establishment is the cleanliness and the wide open space. Secondly, the staff is absolutely phenomenal! Personally, what I think makes this place so special is not only the nurse practitioner or physician, it’s that if a procedure is needed, you can get it done right there! There’s no need to go through a bunch of red tape with having to go to another facility! It may sound cliché, but honestly, these people treat you like family!"
