"Started to garnish my check before sending me a bill and I had health insurance that they told me they took . This happened in 2009 and it's now 2021. My bill was only 400 but with interest it over 1100m I could have paid that in the beginning of I'd had known I owed it. They are scammers for money only and don't care about their patients."
"What a cluster . Apparently billing should have filed a claim May 2018. Waited 3 years versus filing the claim with health insurance . Been trying to call number but no person will pick up. Had the nerve to send bill to a collection agency due to the incompetence of not filing proper medical billing procedure for the doctor . This place is pathetic . God help the physician for using these idiots to do their jobs ."
"Horrible. A bill that workers comp decided not to cover was just sent to collections in the middle of a pandemic. Can't get anyone in the office to call me back. Crazy how a 5 min doc visit at the ER for what ended up being dehydration, went from 9,500 for tests to $1,000 that Im supposed to figure out how to cover amidst covid-19. Horrible Customer Service."
"Was seen by Dr Olds for kidney stone pain. He did not come into the room until my discharge. Never started IV fluids or touched me. CT scan revealed FOUR stones trapped in the Ureter too large to pass. I did not see the report until 3 days later (SUNDAY). I needed immediate Lithotripsy to break up the stones. Instead he shook my hand stating he never had a patient have 4 stones trapped in the ureter , discharged me home with pain medication. The Urologist I saw on day 4 was furious and could not imagine a doctor discharging me home to hope they pass. Worst case I could have lost the kidney.. I obtained a copy of the records and Dr Olds documented a 4 page physical that never happened."
"Please make sure when going to the ER that the doctor who sees you is in network with your insurance company. I had a 2 minute exam and received a bill from them for $850.00. this is well over the Medicare Fee Schedule that most providers go by for what they charge. After speaking with the company I was told I could send a letter in stating what the issue was. I sent 2 letters and they didn't even have the decency to respond back. Instead they sent another bill stating if it wasn't paid in full I would be sent to collections. I WILL ALWAYS pay my bills, but I really struggle with the fact that they charged $400 over the standard Medicare fees. Almost all providers go by this list, but it's very apparent that these guys just make up their owns prices. Anytime the provider is out of network you are at their mercy and there is absolutely nothing you can do. They know this and completely take advantage of sick people."
