"I was so blesses to find Dr Narcisse years ago and can't say enough good about her. Her knowledge but more she takes time to listen and discuss. Her office staff is wonderful as well."
"Had a horrible doctor's visit! I was one minute late to see Dr. Narcisse (11am appointment) I arrived at 11:13am and was refused service for being late??? No compassion or understanding! Fact is that I'm really sick and had to wait 6 weeks for this appointment? Would not recommend making them your primary care provider. It takes way to long to get a visitation date [2-3 months at a time wait?] Rude attitudes and discrimination at every level! P.O.C Watchout! Period! #unprofessional."
"Really cares about her patients. Very patient and kind and phenomenal bedside manner. She tries to get to the root of your issues instead of just throwing prescriptions at you. She doesn’t rush your appointment even if she’s running behind. I’ve never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be called back from my appointment time. I hope she’s here forever lol"
"This review is from my experiences with Crystal Narcisse and her MA Taylor Rodriguez, from 2021. I am a veteran, and was seeking to restart treatment for ADHD, which had been diagnosed and confirmed by VA providers previous to this. I had trouble separating these specific records from all of my digital therapy records, so had worked it out with these women that I would email the file to Taylor’s work email account, and the necessary pages would be printed during my appointment. I was told that the only records needed would be the records specific to my ADHD diagnoses. Once Taylor took my vitals and such, we talked about the medical record, and I let her know which pages of my record were specific to ADHD. I let Taylor know the page numbers with the thought that it would be helpful, given the size of the record, and because that was all that was needed. However, when Dr. Narcisse entered the room, it was with a face scrunched in confusion, and as she was closing the door, she asked me why I didn’t want her to see my whole therapy record. I was taken aback to be accused of withholding, because it hadn’t been my intention at all. I stated that I had nothing to hide, but that I saw the access of my entire treatment record to be an invasion of my privacy. Dr. Narcisse interjected, trying to persuade me that it should be okay because she was my PCP, and didn’t I trust her? I stated that I had a therapist that I was seeing regularly that I was comfortable with, and that that was the person I would trust with that information. Dr. Narcisse tried again to persuade me to let her see my entire record, stating that it could be helpful for my treatment. I restated that my personal therapy records were PERSONAL, and that I would only allow the ADHD-relevant records to be viewed and added to my chart. When Dr. Narcisse tried to persuade me a third time to let her view my entire record, I began to cry. Why was my doctor pushing this boundary I set? What kind of doctor repeatedly tries to coerce a veteran (or anyone) to share their trauma, regardless of their discomfort? It felt wrong, and dirty, and even kind of creepy, the way that she kept trying to persuade me to let her invade my privacy. One “no” was enough, I cannot believe that I needed to say it three times. If I could not be treated without allowing her full access to my records, that could have been said, and we could have ended the appointment without the attempts at coercion. Because I still felt uncomfortable from the whole experience, I wrote an email to Crystal Narcisse, expressing my feelings after the appointment, and let her know that I wanted to change PCPs. She replied that no one had ever previously accused her of “pushing boundaries,” but that she could understand why I would seek a different PCP. A week afterwards, she added a note to my chart, with a different version of events from my appointment. It’s been 2 years now, and I still think about this experience with so much uneasiness that I finally decided to share. No means no. If you’re on the fence, please go literally anywhere else."
"Dr Narcisse is extremely knowledgeable but getting an appointment when you are sick is a nightmare. You are nothing more than a number at this practice and it’s appalling. I called today sick and was told they could see me in January. Not acceptable!"
