"I called feeling desperate needing advice about a situation with my daughter and never received a call back, even after speaking with the office a 2nd time and reminding them I was waiting to hear back. He just had a receptionist call me the next day and schedule an appointment for my daughter. I get that he may have had a busy day, but I made it clear I was desperate and if anything you'd think I'd get a quick call to check in at the end of his day. I took the appointment offered because I still needed help. It was a waste of time. When he gave me advice, I honestly thought he was joking at 1st. I couldn't believe he was serious and didn't know how to react. I left the office feeling super frustrated and just as stressed. A few days later my daughter started OT. During that appointment her OT mentioned a diagnosis she saw in my daughter's chart that he had put in there after our visit. Her OT was shocked to learn that we NEVER discussed that diagnosis, it was never even mentioned to me as a possibility. I was told in order to make that diagnosis, there's a list of criteria my child has to meet and it should be extensively discussed with the parent beforehand. To say that I'm VERY unhappy is an understatement. I have switched my daughter to a new doctor and will not be taking my other children back to him either."
