In addition if u have a bill pending insurance payment they will send threats to kick your kid out instead of a letter to explain charges or working out payment ! Now brace yourself.... The nurse practitioner literally called my daughter heavy & excessively overweight & made her cry! Appropriate diagnoses is obese period!"

"They took care of my son from birth until he was 3 years old. I forgave them for the fluoride incident (my son was 3 and hadn't seen a dentist yet so they insisted that they put fluoride on his teeth when he didn't even use fluoride tooth paste yet. Yeah, he got incredibly sick!) What I couldn't forgive was the screaming match the nurse practitioner and I got into. I had set up a appointment to get a ENT referral at the request of both of his speech therapists. They hadn't seen any bit of progress in a year and noticed a LOT of air escaping his nose. When I presented the nurse practitioner with the family history of clefts and his therapist's findings she refused to give us the ENT referral and told me that we needed to get new therapists because it sounded like they didn't want to do their jobs. She went as far as making my 3 year old lay down, open his mouth, she shone a light in his mouth and said "Show me! Show me what's structurally wrong with him and I'll write you the referral!" I was in shock and I was livid. She marched out of the room and left my son and I just standing there like idiots. That week I found a new doctor and told him why I was there and what I needed to which he happily and quickly got us the referral and appointment. Fast forward two years later and a pharyngeal flap surgery and my son's speech has improved 100%. I would never EVER recommend this doctor's office to anyone! And it pains me anytime I drive by there and see parents walking in with there innocent children."

"My 2 year old daughter was ill so I called to make an appointment. After calling multiple times to schedule the appt and being told they were busy and her sysmptoms likely VIRAL in cause and there was nothing they could do anyway.( I was not aware clerical staff were qualified to diagnose children especially over the phone.) I finally talked to someone else who made an appt. The waiting room was overly crowded and very loud. I did not hear my daughters name called as they only spoke spanish on the intercom system. When I inquired about her appt 10 minutes after her appt time I was told that her name was called and since I missed it I would have to wait and be 'worked in' as a walk in patient. Needless to say I was not happy so I left and took my child to an ICC where she had a fever of 102.3 , a BACTERIAL infection as well as being diagnosed with asthma. Needless to say I have changed Pediatricians and would NEVER EVER recommend this office to my worst enemy."
