Because of her and the Lord, I have my daughter back into my care. She take her time, don't rush, make sure all and every need is met for the patient. She don't just brush you off and send u on your way! I give her 10 Thumbs up!! My daughter has been going to her since 2015, and still there now!!❤️"

"I think it’s kinda crazy I was referred to this dr office as great pediatrician office . And these people don’t answer the phone to make appointments, they offer zoom Appointments they will call ur phone for scheduled zoom time but will not come to the appointment. Definitely unprofessional. And how are u gonna tell me that my son can be seen tomorrow? No honey MY SON IS SICK AN NOT FEELING WELL TODAY !!! Answer the phone a maybe an appropriate appointment can be made . No one wants to go sit @ kosair hospital only for them to make u wait hours on in & send a script to pharmacy for you to still have to follow up with the pediatrician!!! Infants & todders are so much more prone to illnesses . So therefore their care should come first over a scheduled appointment!!! Then I ask for the supervisor number a the GIRL @ the desk gives me a card with the SAME NUMBER IVE OBVIOUSLY BEEN CALLING ALL DAY THAT NO ONE ANSWERS!! Politely gave her the card back a told her I want the REAL NUMBER!! It’s definitely a shame that u gotta get a whole attitude for your child to be seen by their given provider!!!! Definitely about to find another pediatrician.. I need one who is gonna answer when I call a see to my child as his chosen provider when he is needed to be seen!!!"

"Dr.Osbourne been my kids doctors since they where born. My oldest is 22..love this lady. I want see no one else if she aint there."

"I’m not sure which doc I saw at this clinic (Osbourne was what was on the paperwork but I could have sworn she introduced herself with a different name didn’t really care she obviously worked there and had the paperwork I needed) but I went to get me girls the exams I needed for school (they turned 5and yes they are twins)they stuck there finger for a blood test and of course my girls then freak out and don’t trust them after that. The doctor comes in and one of my girls starts freaking out. The doctor asked me which girl I wanted her to evaluate first I said whichever one she wanted . She then replied she’d do that one (the calm but obviously still scared one) since the other one was being a drama queen. A 5 year who just got her finger stuck she called a drama queen I get your stuck with upset children all day and it can get old but it’s the profession you chose so have some compassion. Before anyone considers this clinic you should know the reception is very nice the assistant who takes you in the back speaks poor English and the doctor will be visibly and verbally annoyed if your children cry and freak out on them."

"It's a shame because dr. Osbourne is a really great doctor and person the issue is her staff they are the most unprofessional uncaring rude and not that great or patient with the children. I mean duh you work at a pediatric office"
